Problem Solving

Dear children,

Today, we used UCCC (Understand, Choose a Plan, Carry Out, Check) to better understand the word problems and solve them. Although it might be tedious for some, UCCC is a systematic approach towards problem solving. It is especially useful when you are in middle/ upper primary. The word problems are longer and they would require you to understand them thoroughly.

Here are the 2 questions which we went through in class today.
