Dear children,

These are the 3 different Multiplication and Division models which we have learnt. You need to be familiar with how to draw them. The steps involved in solving a Multiplication and Division word problem are as follows:

(1) U - Understand the word problem (Identify and write G.E.T) beside the question.
(2) C - Choose the type of concept and model)
(3) C- Carry out (draw the model, write the number equation and the word statement)
(4) C - Check
